Information for our customers who have booked
and are concerned regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
At the moment we are still operating as normal on the assumption that all weddings and events we have booked over the next few weeks and months will be going ahead as normal. The situation is being closely monitored and as I'm sure you can appreciate things are changing on a daily basis.
Obviously this is a worrying time especially for people planning their wedding so just to set out where we are with this. Hopefully this won't happen but if things change and you have to postpone your day we will move your booking to whatever new date you choose. We will make sure we will still be able to complete your booking whether that means we bring on extra staff or work with other suppliers, we will make sure you still get the big day you were planning with no extra cost to you. If you don't have to postpone but you choose to move your big day we will do exactly the same, we will move the booking to your new date and there will be no extra cost for that.
This obviously doesn't just affect wedding bookings for all bookings (corporate events, charity, birthdays, Proms, Graduations, etc...) we will happily postpone your booking and it goes without saying that there will be no extra costs or charges for moving your booking date.
