Information for our customers who have booked
and are concerned regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
At the moment we are working with our couples and customers to move their bookings that are due to take place in the next few weeks and months. At the moment we are pleased to say we have managed to accommodate all of our customers who have had to move their dates so far. We are currently expecting all of our May and June events to have to postpone (however if the lockdown is over sooner then we will be able to start weddings & events again). If you have an event in the next few months and are having to postpone or event if you would just like to discuss your options then please get in touch with us.
Obviously this is a worrying time especially for people planning their wedding so just to set out where we are with this. Hopefully this won't happen but if things change and you have to postpone your day we will move your booking to whatever new date you choose. We will make sure we will still be able to complete your booking whether that means we bring on extra staff or work with other suppliers, we will make sure you still get the big day you were planning with no extra cost to you. If you don't have to postpone but you choose to move your big day we will do exactly the same, we will move the booking to your new date and there will be no extra cost for that.
This obviously doesn't just affect wedding bookings for all bookings (corporate events, charity, birthdays, Proms, Graduations, etc...) we will happily postpone your booking and it goes without saying that there will be no extra costs or charges for moving your booking date.
